About RM58
The studio, the lineage, and the room where it all begins.
RM58 is a Classical Pilates studio bringing together a full suite of apparatus made to the original specifications — manufactured by Gratz, the company that worked alongside Romana Kryzanowska — built with reverence for every detail in order to preserve and protect Joseph Pilates’ vision.
Located at Mahanakhon CUBE, BTS Chong Nonsi, Sathorn — in the heart of Bangkok, Thailand. Founded by Kru Golf (Ganyaa Jamnongnorawut) in 2024, RM58 welcomes general students and aspiring Pilates teachers through the Classical Pilates Institute (CPI) teacher training programme — certified directly under Brett Howard, second-generation lineage holder of Joseph Pilates.

RM58 exists to extend that same opportunity, that same love, and that same guidance to every student who walks through our doors — to the very best of our ability, through this studio.

The Founder
One teacher. One devotion.
Kru Golf returned to Pilates after nearly a decade away from teaching. A generous invitation from her dear friend Jason Kim — owner of Leaf Pilates · Gyrotonic Training, one of South Korea’s leading studios, and founder of the Classical Pilates Institute in Korea — brought her back to the apparatus.
That invitation became a decision: she enrolled in CPI Korea Cohort 8, where she met Brett Howard — a teacher she describes as full of love and grace in the work. With the support and encouragement of both, Kru Golf was given the opportunity and the trust to bring the Classical Pilates Institute method, intact, home to Thailand.
RM58 is the home she built to do that work.
หลังจากครูกอล์ฟหยุดอาชีพการเป็นครูสอนพิลาทิสไปเกือบสิบปี ด้วยความเอื้อเฟื้อของเพื่อนรัก Jason Kim เจ้าของสตูดิโออันดับต้นในประเทศเกาหลีใต้ Leaf Pilates · Gyrotonic Training และผู้ก่อตั้ง Classical Pilates Institute in Korea ได้ชักชวนให้ไปลองฝึก จนได้ตัดสินใจลงเรียนหลักสูตร CPI Korea รุ่นที่ 8 ทำให้ได้รู้จักกับ Brett ผู้เปี่ยมด้วยความรักและงดงามในความเป็นครู
โดยการสนับสนุนของทั้งสองท่านจึงได้รับโอกาสและความเมตตาให้นำวิชาความรู้ และหลักสูตรนี้เข้ามายังประเทศไทย — RM58 คือบ้านที่เธอสร้างขึ้นเพื่อทำงานนี้ต่อไป

- · Address conflict the same day — gently, directly, with intention to restore.
- · Forgive completely and press forward; unity is more valuable than any grievance.
05 · Service Is Devotion

The discipline we hold for the method must be matched by the care we hold for every person who walks through our doors. The Classical method is preserved not only by what we teach, but by how we receive.

- · Treat the first-time visitor as we would a returning master — and the returning master as we did on day one.
- · Refuse the false economy of cutting corners on hospitality to save minutes.
The Test
A core value is only real when you can point to a decision made — or refused — because of it.
If a value does not cost you anything, it is not a value. It is a slogan.
